I manage every step of the buying and selling process, ensuring my clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the transaction.

As a San Antonio native, I offer deep insight into local neighborhoods, housing styles, and lifestyle options across the city and surrounding communities. I help clients evaluate not just a home, but how a property fits their daily life, long-term plans, and investment goals. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling a property, relocating, or investing, I provide straightforward guidance grounded in local market expertise.

Before real estate, I built a career in television news, corporate communications, and marketing. I managed teams and budgets, developed and executed communication strategies, delivered presentations to executives and the public, and earned media coverage for organizations I represented. Today, I apply those skills directly to real estate—pricing homes strategically, marketing properties effectively, negotiating with confidence, and communicating clearly from listing to closing.

I work with families, professionals, retirees, investors, and military buyers and sellers. I am an accredited public relations professional and a real estate writer for 78209 Magazine and San Antonio Woman Magazine. My professional training includes luxury home marketing, historic properties, military relocation, property pricing strategies, residential inspections, and advanced real estate marketing.

Community involvement plays an important role in my work. I have served as a youth baseball and basketball coach, volunteered with the St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry and USAA community events, and served on boards including The GVTC Foundation, the Boerne Chamber of Commerce, and the BEC Charitable Foundation.

I also stay connected with clients through a regular newsletter and The Bruce Blog, where I share San Antonio real estate market updates, local buying and selling metrics, and insights on home design, architecture, and neighborhood news.
